Glamour Ghoul Ink Policies

Consultations are 30 minutes and are free. Consultation is required if client has old permanent makeup, they would like corrected/removed. If you do have previous work, please attach clear non make up photos in your email. 

If you are running 15 minutes late to the consultation your appointment will need to be rescheduled. A rescheduled consultation will have a $50 holding fee, if a no show, late arrival or cancellation with a 48 hour or less notice the $50 policy fee will be charged via invoice.

Booking appointments are done through email, direct message or what’sapp. A deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment and can be done via venmo, cashapp or Zelle. This is non-refundable and will be taken off your total on the day of appointment.

We accept cash only. Deposits are accepted through Zelle, Venmo or Cashapp.

72 hours notice is required if you decide to reschedule/cancel your appointment. Only one reschedule/cancellation is allowed per service. Any future reschedules per service will be required to pay 50% of your appointment. However, if you fail to reschedule or cancel and not come at your appointed time you will be charged 100% of your service and forfeit your deposit. In order to rebook you will need to place another deposit. 

If you choose to cancel your appointment please notify Glamour Ghoul ink 72 hours (3 days before appointment). In the event of cancellation or reschedule of 48 hours or less, the deposit is non-transferable and you will be required to leave another to rebook.

Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being 15 minutes or more late to your appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment and marked as a no show. A new deposit will be required to re-book future appointment. If you are late more than one occasion your deposits will forfeit. If you no show more than once you will not be able to book any further appointments.  

Unfortunately, children under the age of 18 aren't allowed in the room while you are receiving a treatment. Treatments can range from 2-4 hours long so please plan accordingly. All guests not receiving a treatment are also not allowed in the room. 

PMU is a two step process, first session and your touch up. This service accomplishes the basic design, symmetry and color from the healed results. This is done 6-8 weeks after the first session and is REQUIRED. 6-8 week touch ups are NOT included in your price. The client is responsible to book their touch up visit no later then the 8 weeks to achieve desired results.

A Color Assessment appointment should be scheduled at the end of the first year (12 months) and if a Touch-Up is needed the price is additional. If at the first-year assessment the Touch-Up is determined unnecessary, the charge for the second year 24-month Touch-Up is listed under pricing. The length of time one waits in between Touch-Up visits will determine all fees.

All service prices are FINAL. We do NOT offer refunds or chargebacks under any circumstance, and we reserve the right to that. All clients acknowledge the policy by signing a waiver before any service is started.
Deposits are non refundable. 

Following post care is extremely important, if you don’t follow the post care instructions I reserve the right to refuse additional services.
